About these terms
This store is run by Luis Alberto Mego Ascurra, trading as restride ("restride", "we", "us"), ABN 23 914 641 528, based in New South Wales, Australia.
These terms apply when you visit our store or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our store when you place an order applies to that order.
Our products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, so please check the size guide before ordering.
Our supports and braces provide compression, stability and support for training and physical work. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, talk to a health professional before use.
Prices, payment and orders
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST for Australian customers. If you pay in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge fees.
- Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay or Zip. We never see your full card details.
- Orders: after you order, we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, costs, customs duties and lost parcels are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, faulty items and the EU and UK cancellation right are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your consumer rights and our liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights, or the consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for:
- loss or damage caused by using a product other than as described or instructed
- indirect losses, such as lost income or lost opportunities
- delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, customs holds or natural disasters
Using our website and intellectual property
You may use our store to browse and buy for personal use. You must not use it for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, or place fraudulent orders.
The store's text, photos, videos, logo and design belong to restride or to the people who licensed them to us. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Privacy, governing law and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. If you live in another country, you keep any consumer protections that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
